تعلن الهيئة المديرة للمهرجان الدولي أيام قرطاج المسرحية (الدورة 26) الذي سينعقد في الفترة الممتدة ما بين 22 نوفمبر و29 نوفمبر 2025 عن فتح باب الترشح للمشاركة ضمن أحد مسارات المهرجان التالية:
المسابقة الرسمية والعروض الموازية: تشمل الهياكل المسرحية المحترفة التونسية والعربية والإفريقية.
تعبيرات مسرحية في المهجر: تشمل المسرحيين التونسيين والعرب والأفارقة في المهجر.
العروض الدولية: تشمل الهياكل المسرحية والادائية المحترفة غير العربية والإفريقية.
شروط المشاركــــة:
· أن يكون العمل المترشح قد تم إنتاجه بعد إغلاق باب الترشحات للدورة السابقة (15 أوت 2024 ، وذلك بالنسبة للأعمال التونسية والعربية والافريقية).
· تلتزم كافة الفرق التي يقع اختيارها للمشاركة ضمن المسابقة الرسمية للمهرجان بتقديم عرضين في نفس اليوم وفي نفس الفضاء الذي تقترحه إدارة المهرجان.
· يمكن لإدارة أيام قرطاج المسرحية برمجة أكثر من عرض للعمل المشارك ضمن العروض الدولية والعروض الموازية داخل تراب الجمهورية التونسية خلال فترة المهرجان بعد التنسيق مع الهيكل المنتج.
· تتكفل الفرقة المسرحية المشاركة بنفقات النقل الدولي وشحن مستلزمات وديكورات العرض.
· تتكفل إدارة المهرجان بالإقامة الكاملة للممثلين والمخرج وعدد (03) تقنيين والنقل الداخلي على ألا يتجاوز العدد الجملي 15 فردا (خاص بالفرق المشاركة من خارج الجمهورية التونسية).
· لا يمكن برمجة أكثر من عمل لنفس المخرج ضمن برنامج الدورة.

· السيرة الذاتية للمؤلف والمخرج والممثلين والتقنيين مرفقة بصورهم.
· صور من جوازات سفر فريق العمل (خاص بالفرق المترشحة من خارج الجمهورية التونسية).
· الملف الفني والصحفي يتضمن الملخص والمتابعة النقدية والإعلامية للعمل مع صور فوتوغرافية عالية الجودة.
· الملف التقني متضمنا تصميما تفصيليا للديكور وكافة المستلزمات الركحية والاحتياجات التقنية الخاصة بالعرض.
· شهادة في تقديم العرض الأول بالنسبة للأعمال المشاركة من تونس.
· تسجيل سمعي بصري لكامل العرض بجودة عالية على محمل واحد.
· الالتزام بتوفير ترجمة ضوئية باللغة الانقليزية (Subtitle) للعروض المختارة في مختلف مسارات المهرجان (المسابقة الرسمية، تعبيرات مسرحية في المهجر، العروض الدولية).

Communiqué
Le Comité directeur du festival international des Journées Théâtrales de Carthage annonce la tenue de la 26ème session du festival du 22 novembre au 29 novembre 2025, et l’ouverture des candidatures pour la participation à l’une des sections suivantes :
Compétition officielle et représentations parallèles : Ouverte aux structures théâtrales professionnelles tunisiennes, arabes et africaines.
Expressions théâtrales de l’immigration : Ouverte aux dramaturges tunisiens, arabes et
Africains de la diaspora.
Théâtre du Monde : Ouverte aux spectacles de théâtre et performances artistiques professionnels non arabes et africains.
Conditions de participation :
-L’œuvre nominée doit avoir été réalisée après la clôture des candidatures de la session précédente (15 aout 2024) (Uniquement pour les œuvres participantes de la Tunisie, des pays arabes et de l’Afrique.)
- Les troupes sélectionnées pour participer à la compétition officielle du festival sont tenues de présenter deux spectacles le même jour et dans le même espace proposé par la direction du festival.
- La direction des Journées Théâtrales de Carthage se réserve le droit, durant la période du festival, de programmer plus d’une représentation de l’œuvre participante dans le cadre des prestations internationales et parallèles à l’intérieur du territoire de la République Tunisienne et ce en accord avec la structure productrice.
- La troupe théâtrale participante prendra en charge les frais de transport international aller-retour de ses membres ainsi que ceux des équipements et accessoires nécessaires au spectacle.
- La direction du festival prend en charge l’intégralité du séjour des comédiens, du metteur
en scène, et de trois techniciens (03) ainsi que leur transport local, soit un nombre total
n’excédant pas 15 personnes (pour les troupes participantes venant de l’extérieur de la
République Tunisienne). - Il ne sera programmé qu’une seule et unique création pour un même metteur en scène
participant.

- Les biographies et photos de l’auteur, du metteur en scène, des acteurs et des techniciens.
- Les Copies des passeports des membres de la troupe venant de l’étranger.
- Le dossier artistique et de presse comprenant le synopsis et la couverture critique et
médiatique, ainsi que des photos en haute résolution. - Le dossier technique détaillé contenant la conception du décor et tous les éléments
scéniques requis ainsi que les besoins techniques en son et lumière. - Une attestation de la première représentation pour les œuvres tunisiennes.
- Un enregistrement audiovisuel de haute définition de tout le spectacle sur un seul
support. - S’engager à fournir un sous-titrage en anglais pour tous les spectacles sélectionnés dans les
différentes sections (Compétition officielle, Expressions théâtrales de l’immigration,
Théâtre du monde).
Et ce dans un délai ne dépassant pas le 31 aout 2025, date limite du dépôt.
Observation:
Les dossiers de candidature reçus en dehors des délais impartis ou incomplets ne seront pas retenus.
Announcement
The steering committee of the International Festival of The Theatrical Days of Carthage “JTC” is pleased to announce that the 26th session will be held on November 22 – 29, 2025.
Thus, a call for participation is launched for participating the following categories :
- Official competition and parallel programming: open to Tunisian, Arab and African professional theater structures.
-Theatrical expressions of Immigration: open to Tunisian, Arab and African playwrights from the diaspora.
-Theater of the World: open to non-Arab and non-African professional theater works and artistic performances.
Participation guidelines:
- The works participating must have been produced after the deadline of files submission for the previous edition (August,15, 2023) (Only for the works from Tunisia, the Arab countries and Africa).
- Selected groups participating in the official competition must present two shows on the same day at the same venue proposed by the steering committee.
- The steering committee may schedule more than one performance for works participating in international shows and parallel shows within Tunisia during the festival period, after coordination with the producing entity.
- The participating theatre groups are responsible for international transportation and shipping of performance materials and sets.
- The steering committee covers full accommodation for the actors, director, and three technicians, as well as local transportation, provided the total number does not exceed 15 people (specific to groups participating from outside Tunisia).
- No more than one work for the same director can be scheduled in the festival program.

The following documents must be included in the submission file:
- The application form; available on: https://forms.gle/ffHNTRqQckBxwZPx6 including all the needed information.
- Biographies and photos of the team participating (playwright, director, cast, technicians…)
- Copies of the passports of the members of the foreigner groups.
- The artistic and press file including the synopsis and the critical and media follow-up as well as high-resolution photos.
- The technical file containing the design of the set and all the scenic elements required as well as the technical needs of sound and light.
- A document proving officially that the premiere has already taken place (such as a first performance certificate) for Tunisian participants.
- A complete high definition audiovisual recording of the play.
- Commitment to provide the English subtitles for the performances selected in the different sections (Official Competition, Theatrical Expressions of Immigration and Theatre of the World).
The deadline for submission is set for August 31, 2025.
Note:
Applications submitted after the mentioned deadline and incomplete ones will not be accepted.
